Privacy Policy

Lifestyle.Money is in pre-launch. This policy covers only this website (lifestyle.money) and the waitlist/enquiry forms on it. Before our wallet and business accounts launch, we'll publish a full, solicitor-reviewed privacy notice covering the actual financial service — this page will be updated at that point.

Who we are

Lifestyle.Money ("we", "us", "our") is a pre-launch UK business building a multi-currency digital wallet and business account platform. This website is our marketing and waitlist site — it is not yet a live financial product, and we are not yet accepting deposits or processing payments.

What data we collect

Waitlist signups — if you join the waitlist at waitlist.lifestyle.money, your name and email address are collected by our waitlist provider, Kickoff Labs, so we can notify you when we launch.
Enquiry and calculator forms — if you use the fee calculator or submit an enquiry, the details you enter (name, company, email, phone, sector, and the figures you provide) are sent to us via our form provider, Formspree, so we can respond.
Basic technical data — standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes. We do not currently run any analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

How we use it

We use the data above only to respond to your enquiry, follow up on your waitlist signup, and let you know when Lifestyle.Money launches. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data with the third-party services that power this site's forms — Kickoff Labs (waitlist) and Formspree (enquiry and calculator forms) — solely to operate those forms. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to contact you about launch, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever is sooner.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@lifestyle.money. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
